An afternoon with the group from Faeroe and Denmark

Wide laughter waited for us at the door of the Baptist Church in Sannicoara, where 10 children attend the after-school program, initiated by the Rescue Foundation among children from disadvantaged families.

The little ones, cooked for the group that came to visit. After we played a little bit, we ate together and finally celebrated the birthday of one of the children.

We have learned some things about each of the children, about the family they come from and about the problems they have to face.

At the end we sang together, and the group from the Faroe Islands tried to teach them a song in their native language: ferrous. The text of that song mentions that it does not matter the environment in which we live because Jesus has cleansed us and He lives in our hearts.
