At Easter Rescue Foundation with friends and volunteers, visited about 400 detainees iunsought by theyr families, in the prisons of Aiud, Cluj and Targu Mures and we distributed gifts: personal hygiene products and food products.
In April first, in the morning we visited four groups of prisoners in the Maximum Security Penitentiary of Aiud, the groups that have weekly meetings. Brother Cristian Pantea had a personal testemony and a message of encouragement and youth from Bethany Baptist Church Cluj contributed with songs to the glory of God. In the second part of the day the program continued in the prison club with about 40 inmates held in closed regime. At this meeting the biblical message was delivered Pasca brother Florian.
The next day, accompanied by brothers from Burning Bush Church Cluj, we had two programs with the newly prisoners (those waiting for the sentence) and the sick from prison nurse Aiud. As usual the songs had a positive role in warming the atmosphere and unforozen the hearts of those present. It was pointed out that God is the one who has in hand the future as our health.
Day April 03 found us in the Prison of Cluj where we encouraged the 150 women imprisoned, through spoken messages by Cristian Pantea, Negoiu George, Pasca Florian and Hasmasan Ion and chants of brother Ludovic Armand.
The next day, April 4th we went to Targu Mures and met a group of 20 inmates. At this we ware joined by brothers from the local Church Burning Bush. The program was divided into two. In the first religious program testemonies, singing and preaching, and in its second part we socialized with those present at a cake and juice.
One last stop we made in Aiud Prison, where beeing Sunday at our meeting came prisoners who work during the working week and therefore rarely participate in our activities. This time we had with us a large number of volunteer singers from twelve churches. By songs, messages and testimonies , we tried to bring the joy of the Resurrection in the visited prisons and in the hearts of those present.
God bless all the eforts of those involved!
